Article 182 of the Civil Code. The state registration of real property rights
1. Ownership and other rights in rem in immovable property, restrictions on these rights, their emergence, transition and termination are subject to state registration.
4. Procedure for state registration of real property rights and grounds for refusal, it shall be established by law.
